Each serving provides a natural source of B-vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12) – essential cofactors for energy metabolism, endurance, and mental focus. These vitamins convert nutrients into usable energy, support nerve function, and help reduce fatigue.

The naturally occurring vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) in spirulina is a bioavailable form critical for red blood cell formation and oxygen delivery – key for sustained performance and recovery.

Iron and magnesium further enhance this effect by supporting oxygen transport, muscle contraction, and electrolyte balance. Iron delivers oxygen to muscles and cells, while magnesium contributes to steady energy release and prevents cramping under physical stress.
