SAW PALMETTO (Serenoa repens) 

One of the most researched herbs for men’s health, saw palmetto has been traditionally used to support prostate function and urinary flow, especially in men experiencing age-related prostate enlargement. Its effectiveness comes from a unique mix of active compounds. The berries are rich in fatty acids (including lauric, myristic, oleic, linoleic, and palmitic acid) and phytosterols (such as β-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol), which together help regulate hormones like DHT (dihydrotestosterone). By naturally inhibiting the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase - the enzyme that converts testosterone into DHT - saw palmetto helps reduce pressure on the urinary tract, improve comfort, and support long-term prostate health. Smaller amounts of flavonoids and polysaccharides add further antioxidant and nourishing effects.

PYGEUM (Pygeum africanum) 

Extracted from the bark of the African plum tree, pygeum has a long tradition of use for supporting urinary and prostate health. It helps calm inflammation in the prostate, improves bladder emptying, and can ease frequent or nighttime urination. Its benefits come from a unique blend of active compounds: phytosterols (especially β-sitosterol) that reduce inflammation and improve urinary flow, triterpenes (oleanolic, ursolic, and crataegolic acid) with strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, and ferulic acid esters that support hormonal balance and reduce swelling of prostate tissue. Working together, these compounds help protect the prostate, restore comfort, and support long-term male vitality.

PUMPKIN SEED (Cucurbita maxima) 

Pumpkin seeds are naturally rich in zinc, magnesium, and phytosterols (such as β-sitosterol) that nourish the prostate and support hormone balance. These active compounds are linked to improved urinary flow, bladder strength, and comfort. Pumpkin seeds also contain carotenoids and polyphenols, which provide antioxidant protection for prostate tissue and help reduce inflammation.

NETTLE EXTRACT (Urtica dioica) 

Nettle root extract is widely used in men’s health formulas for its active compounds, including lignans, phytosterols, and scopoletin, which support urinary comfort and reduce inflammation in the prostate. It works synergistically with saw palmetto to maintain healthy urinary flow. Nettle is also rich in minerals, vitamins, and polyphenols that strengthen circulation, energy, and overall male vitality.

POMEGRANATE EXTRACT (Punica granatum) 

Pomegranate is loaded with powerful polyphenols such as punicalagins, ellagic acid, and anthocyanins, which have strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. These compounds help protect prostate cells from oxidative stress, support healthy blood flow, and may slow age-related changes in prostate size and function. They also contribute to cardiovascular health, closely tied to prostate well-being.

QUERCETIN 

A natural flavonoid with powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. Its active forms, quercetin aglycone, glycosides (such as rutin and isoquercitrin) and metabolites, work together to protect prostate cells from oxidative stress and irritation while supporting healthy circulation. Quercetin has been studied for reducing urinary discomfort and improving tissue resilience, making it especially valuable for long-term prostate health. Quercetin is also known for its role in allergy support. It helps stabilize mast cells, the immune cells that release histamine, and reduces histamine release. By calming inflammatory pathways (such as NF-κB), and extra antihistamine support, quercetin contributes to overall immune balance and resilience.

FLAXSEED LIGNANS (Linum usitatissimum) 

Flaxseeds provide lignans, plant compounds with mild phytoestrogen activity that help balance hormone levels and support prostate tissue health. Flaxseed lignans also provide antioxidant protection, protecting cells from free radical damage, adding broad-spectrum support for men’s vitality.

ZINC 

The prostate has one of the highest concentrations of zinc in the body, making this mineral essential for male reproductive health. Zinc’s active role is in testosterone metabolism, sperm production, and enzyme activity that regulates prostate function. It also acts as a natural antagonist to excess copper, a common imbalance seen in candida overgrowth, since high copper can raise estrogen and lower testosterone. Adequate zinc also strengthens immune defense (especially viruses) and protects cells from oxidative stress.

SELENIUM (Methyl Selenocysteine) 

Selenium works through selenoproteins, enzymes that protect DNA and cells from oxidative damage. Selenium is also important for detoxifying several heavy metals. Selenium plays a protective role through selenoproteins and glutathione peroxidase, helping to neutralize and detoxify these heavy metals while protecting DNA and prostate cells. BORON 

Boron plays an important role in hormone regulation by influencing testosterone metabolism, estrogen balance, and vitamin D activity - all of which are vital for prostate health and overall hormonal balance. It can raise free (active) testosterone by reducing its binding to SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin), making more testosterone available for the prostate, muscles, and brain. At the same time, boron helps keep estrogen at healthy levels, preventing the excess that can contribute to prostate enlargement, inflammation, and reduced vitality. In synergy with vitamin D, boron also supports bone strength, immune function, cognitive performance, and overall male vitality, while providing anti-inflammatory protection.

LYCOPENE (from tomato extract) 

Lycopene is a carotenoid pigment (pigment that gives tomatoes their red color), and one of the most studied antioxidants for prostate health. It concentrates in prostate tissue, where it helps reduce oxidative stress and DNA damage. Lycopene may also slow prostate enlargement linked to aging and supports cardiovascular function by protecting blood vessels and improving circulation.
