L-TYROSINE

An essential amino acid and the primary building block of thyroid hormones T3 (triiodothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine). Without sufficient tyrosine, the thyroid cannot produce these hormones effectively. Tyrosine also works together with iodine to form thyroid hormone molecules, making it critical for normal thyroid function. Adequate levels support steady energy, metabolism, and mental clarity – all areas that can suffer when thyroid activity is low. It also plays a role in producing dopamine and norepinephrine, neurotransmitters that influence mood, focus, and stress resilience, often affected in thyroid imbalance.


CORDYCEPS (10:1 extract)

Cordyceps contains active compounds such as cordycepin, adenosine, polysaccharides, sterols, and nucleosides. These work together to enhance energy, oxygen utilization, and mitochondrial function. For thyroid health, Reishi is especially valuable in autoimmune thyroid conditions like Hashimoto’s or Graves’.
